Component Code Hierarchy
Component codes are the lowest level of the component code hierarchy. The structure is Cost Type > System > Subsystem > Component Code. An example of a component code is a fuel tank. The full hierarchy would be: Repair and Maintenance > Engine > Fuel System > A982 Fuel Tank.

| Alert | Displays a warning when the component code description is the same as the component code, which is usually a result of AMT receiving a new code through an interface. |
Changes to this system table are audited and logged.
